Our private student dormitory is located on

Holteistrasse 12 in 47057 Duisburg-Neudorf.

Our dorm is in a middle of "Student-District" of Duisburg-Neudorf and only in 5-min walk from University of Duisburg Essen (UDE), Campus Duisburg.

Central station (Hauptbahnhof Duisburg) is 15-min walk.

2 Supermarkets are around the corner and plenty of cafés are nearby.

Furnished student room with Wi-Fi

All student rooms are furnished, including a bed with mattress, working table, chair, bookshelves, and a built-in wardrobe.
Each room has Internet / Wi-Fi (100 Mbit for 5 devices).

The minimum rental period in our dormitory is 12 months.

Our student dormitory has a total of 77 rooms.
(73 single rooms for 1 Person and 4 shared rooms, each for 2 persons).

As a private dormitory, we are glad to offer accommodation for students of all neighbour universities (UDE, HRWA, HSPV, HRW), language schools and college students, medical students and young working professionals.

Room rents and deposits:

Rent 320,- EUR per Person
Deposit 700,- EUR per Person

All rents are per month and include the following costs : room and furniture, Internet-access LAN/WLAN, heating, water and electricity, usage of the community kitchens and bike storage.
Washing machines are available as a paid service.

Important.
A state fee for Radio and TV (Rundfunkbeitrag/GEZ) 18,36 EUR is not included in the rent and must be paid by tenant additionally directly to the GEZ.
This is payment is regulated by law and must be paid by a tenant for any room in any dorm or WG, he/she rents in Germany.

Most of our tenants are students of University of Duisburg Essen (UDE), Rhein-Waal University of Applied Sciences (HRWA), Hochschule Ruhr West (HRW), language course and college participants (from L.A.N.E.S.).
