Our private student dormitory is located only in 5 min walk from University of Duisburg Essen (UDE) in a very nice neighbourhood of Duisburg-Neudorf. Central station is 15-min walk, all the necessary shops, facilities and plenty of cafés are nearby.
Furnished student room with Wi-Fi
All student apartments are furnished, including a bed with mattress, working table, chair, bookshelves, and a built-in wardrobe. Each student room has Wi-Fi and LAN.
The minimum rental period in our dormitory is 12 months. Unfortunately, we cannot consider requests for a shorter period.

Our student dormitory has a total of 74 rooms.
(70 rooms for 1 Person and 4 rooms for 2 persons)
Usually, our rental team will be ready to provide you a room immediately or in the very near future.
As a private dormitory, we are glad to offer accommodation for students of all neighbour universities (UDE, HRWA, HSPV, HRW) and language schools. Just send us a request!

Room rents :
419,- EUR from 03. January 2024
All rents are per month Per Person and include all costs like room, furniture, Internet-access LAN/WLAN, heating, water and electricity. Usage of the community kitchens and washing rooms is also included.

In our student dormitory you can meet many other students and make friends easily.
Most of our tenants are students of University of Duisburg Essen (UDE), Rhein-Waal University of Applied Sciences (HRWA), Hochschule Ruhr West (HRW), language course and college participants (from L.A.N.E.S.).
